Guilt Free Chocolate Mousse

Guilt Free Chocolate Mousse Cook Time: 3-5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Splenda (If you don’t like Splenda, try Stevia available at your local health food store!)
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar Free or Low Sugar Chocolate Syrup (optional)
  • Splash of Vanilla Extract

Directions:

  1. Put the ricotta cheese in a bowl and soften by mashing lightly with a spoon.
  2. Add the Splenda and unsweetened cocoa powder in small amounts mixing as you go.
  3. Add the chocolate syrup and vanilla to taste. Though the syrup is optional it adds richness.
  4. Serve on a plate with syrup drizzled over top. Makes 3-4 servings.
