Black Olive Tapenade

Black Olive Tapenade Cook Time: 10-15 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cup Pitted Black Olives, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley, Finely Chopped
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Large Pinch Coarse Salt
  • Pepper to Taste

Directions:

  1. Gently fold ingredients in a bowl to mix.
  2. Serve with wheat crackers or sliced baguette. Note: The length of time is based on using canned, whole, pitted olives and hand chopping them.
