Black Olive Tapenade

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cup Pitted Black Olives, Finely Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tbsp Parsley, Finely Chopped
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Large Pinch Coarse Salt
- Pepper to Taste
Directions:
- Gently fold ingredients in a bowl to mix.
- Serve with wheat crackers or sliced baguette. Note: The length of time is based on using canned, whole, pitted olives and hand chopping them.
