Lemon Orzo

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Uncooked Orzo
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Zest of 2 Small Lemons
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, Finely Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan
- Coarse Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions:
- Cook orzo according to box directions. Drain, do not rinse. Â Place directly into serving bowl.
- Combine the remaining ingredients with the orzo and stir to combine. Serve hot.
